Custom Request

KANDOR Creations reserves the right to refuse any commission request.

All items are made to order unless otherwise stated

Standard Requests: Turnaround time is 1–2 weeks after payment is confirmed.

Complex Requests: (custom designs, playmats, badges, and similar items requiring a design phase) will have turnaround time and pricing negotiated before payment is made.

Production and/or shipping: will not begin until payment is confirmed. Shipping costs are included in your total.

Cancellations:

-If KANDOR cancels a commission, you will receive a 100% refund.

-If you cancel a commission after materials have been committed, a 50% refund will be issued to cover material costs. Cancellations made before materials are committed may be eligible for a full refund.

Revisions: Standard requests include reasonable revisions during the design phase. Complex/custom designs may require additional revision rounds, which will be discussed as part of the design process.

Rush Orders: Expedited turnaround is available on request and is generally double the standard cost, subject to negotiation.

Ownership & Rights: By submitting artwork or a design request, you affirm that you own the rights to the content or have permission to use and reproduce it. KANDOR Creations reserves the right to request proof of ownership/permission and to decline any request at its discretion, including if there is reasonable concern the content infringes on someone else's copyright, trademark, or likeness rights. You agree to indemnify and hold KANDOR Creations harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from a breach of this warranty.

Usage Rights: KANDOR Creations reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio and social media purposes. Commercial use of a design by the customer (resale, branding, etc.) requires an additional licensing fee, contact us to discuss.
